Enjoy extra comfort on your departure day with our late check-out service. This service is subject to availability, costs €20, and allows you to stay in your room until 4:00 PM.

Extra Key.

Share the freedom of access to your apartment with an extra key for a deposit of €50 per set, refundable upon key return.

Unlimited Wi-Fi Connection.

Stay connected at all times with our free Wi-Fi connection in all areas of the complex.

Bilingual Reception.

Our reception is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
From 8:00 PM to midnight, remote assistance is available directly from your room or via the reception intercom for information, taxis, assistance, and more.

 For check-ins after 8:00 PM, simply press the video intercom at the entrance, and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

• Check-out: before 12:00 PM

Cleaning services

At La Peñita, we provide a cleaning service on alternate days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

• Towels: are changed on cleaning days.

• Bed linen: is changed once a week during your stay, usually around the fourth day.

For example, during a 7-night stay, the bed linen will typically be changed around the middle of your stay.

 If you require an additional change of towels or bed linen, you can request it at reception at any time.

Pool Bar.

Enjoy delicious snacks and refreshing drinks by the pool in a welcoming atmosphere, open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Plus, make the most of your stay with bingo, live music and plenty more fun!

Safe deposit box – FREE

Keep your most valuable belongings completely secure with our free safe deposit box.

Luggage Storage.

Make the most of your time before check-in or after check-out with our luggage storage service.

Maintenance.

Our team is available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to ensure everything works perfectly during your stay.

Double Bed.

Request a double bed for a more comfortable rest, available for only 5 euros per night for all our guests.

Tennis Court.

Our tennis court is available for rental at reception for 15 euros per hour, including rackets and balls for your convenience.

Self Service Laundry

We have a self-service laundry so you can wash your clothes. The prices are 4 euros for washing, 4 euros for drying and 1 euro for detergent.

Family Pool.

Pool Towels.

Enjoy our pool towels during your stay, available for a deposit of 20 euros, which will be refunded at the end of your stay.

Playground.

Enjoy our playground area with sand and swings, designed for young children to have fun and play safely.

Extra Items Rental

Ironing boards and irons are available at reception with a €20 deposit, which will be refunded once the item is returned. Other items, such as wheelchairs, scooters, etc., can be rented at reception through an external company.

No Pets Allowed.

While we love animals, please note that we do not accept pets.

Courtesy Room / Shower Service

We offer a courtesy room for a shower before check-out. Use of the room is limited to a maximum of 10 minutes and must be reserved in person at reception with at least one day’s notice. This service is subject to availability.
