Free WI-FI at reception, in all apartments and in the solarium and pool area. In each apartment, there is an individual router configured to provide a maximum download speed of 20 mgps downstream and 10 mgps upstream.

Bilingual Reception

Our reception hours are:

• Monday to Sunday: 9 am to 22 pm

We remind you that the official check-in time to your accommodation is from 2:00 p.m. and the official check-out time must be before 12:00 p.m.

Cleaning services

The cleaning service is carried out on alternate days and towel changes are twice a week and bed linen changes are once a week. If you require an extra change of sheets or towels, please ask at reception.

Safe Box.

You can rent a safe box for only 15 euros a week with 5 euros on deposit that will be returned on departure.

Luggage Room

We offer luggage storage service.

Poolbar and coffe shop

 Pool Bar and Cafeteria with snack bar service. Opening hours from Monday to Sunday. October to June from 10:00 to 18:00. July to September from 10:00 to 19:00.

Maintenance service.

Maintenance service for equipment and installations, if you require this service please request it at reception. Schedule is from Monday to Sunday from 9.00 to 17.00 hours.

Extra Items Rental

Ironing board and iron can be borrowed from reception. Other items: Wheelchair, Scooter etc etc can be hired by reception from an outside company.

Self Service Laundry

We have a self-service laundry so you can wash your clothes. The prices are 4 euros for washing, 4 euros for drying and 1 euro for detergent.

Tennis Court

The tennis court can be hired out at reception for 15 euros per hour, including rackets and balls.

Pets not allowed

 Sorry, we do not accept pets.

Swimming pool for adults and children.

Pools are salt water. Hours: October to June from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and July to September from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Complimentary Bathroom

Delayed departure! ... we offer our guests a complimentary bathroom (free).

Pool Towels

Free pool towel service for a deposit of 10 euros which will be refunded on delivery of the towel.
