I love the location and the apartment was very spacious
I asked about a local bus to Arrecife and was told they didn’t know what number bus to get, so just maybe that might be helpful

The maintenance staff, Pool Bar staff and cleaning staff are all very friendly and helpful and make returning to La Penita a pleasure and it's great to have that familiarity of staff. La Penita is a beautiful complex in an ideal location
I find the Reception Staff difficult to deal with and there is no warmth when speaking to them and it is disappointing when you arrive that you are not met with a smile in Reception. I have been coming to La Penita for many years and now feel like a "customer" rather than a returning visitor who has chosen La Penita as their apartment choice for many years. An example being on my last visit I was made to feel uncomfortable for choosing to pay cash on arrival and the staff member tried to force me in to paying card which I was not able to do. It left me disappointed as this has never been an issue at La Penita Apartment wise it would be lovely to have air conditioning, however, I appreciate when I return there has always been improvements made to the apartments

Die Appartements hatten zwar keine Luxusausstattung, aber alles war gepflegt und hat top funktioniert. Nichts war kaputt. Tolle Unterkunft
Das WiFi war langsam und schlecht. Mann wurde dauernd ausgeloggt.
